At Skyn Esthetics we strive to coordinate our schedules to the best of our abilities to ensure treatment to all of our patients. All treatments at Skyn Esthetics require a credit card on file to hold your appointment.  Your card will not be charged, unless our cancellation policy is taking place. At your appointment, you may choose another method of payment, or charge said card on file.

We ask that you please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are late to your appointment time by more than 12 minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you or shorten your treatment length, however it is in our rights to forfeit your appointment and charge you our cancellation fees. 

Skyn Esthetics does not take same day reservations so please schedule accordingly.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that things may come up that conflict with your appointment time. We ask that you please reschedule no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment so we can make arrangements to take other patients during that time. If cancelling within 24 hours of said appointment, it is within our right to charge you our cancellation fees for your services booked. All skin treatment appointments have a cancellation fee of a minimum of $75 — pricing will be determined based on the service booked. All brow and waxing appointments have a cancellation fee of 50% of your services booked. Patients with repeat cancellations will be charged and subject to approval of future appointments. 

Payments and Privacy

At Skyn Esthetics we accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and Zelle as forms of payment. Checks, afterpay, and third party payment apps are not accepted. All credit card payments are processed through a secure booking site and may also be saved to your profile for easy future bookings and checkouts.

Skyn Esthetics is a Medical Spa where medical grade treatments and facials take place, therefor HIPAA laws are strictly in place and abided by. All information regarding your health and treatment is kept within Skyn Esthetics staff. 

Health Intake Forms and Returns

Our treatments require health intake and liability release forms to ensure both your’s and staff’s safety at our spa. Forms will be required at booking via our booking site. Please complete all forms requested prior to your appointment. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you.

All services, packages, products and items purchased at Skyn Esthetics are final sale. We do not offer any returns or exchanges for open or used items. We will offer an exchange only if your purchase was made within 10 days, and your item is unopened or not used.
