Appointment & Service Policies
Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our team directly.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: We request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of Skyn Esthetics to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Product Sales & Returns
All Product Sales Are Final:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any skincare products purchased online or in-spa. All sales of skin care products are final once the order is placed or the purchase is completed. This includes opened, unopened, used, or unused items.
